The Ontivity Hiring Process
Start by filling out a quick application. It’s simple, straightforward, and takes just a few minutes. We just need to get to know you a bit.
Step 1
If we like what we see, we’ll give you a call. This is a chance for us to chat and see if we’re a good fit for each other. It’s casual—just be yourself.
Step 2
If the phone call goes well, we’ll ask for some more details. This second application digs a little deeper into your experience and skills. (25-30 minutes)
Step 3
Next up, we’ll meet face-to-face. This is where we get serious and talk about the job, your background, and how you’d fit with the team. It’s a two-way street, so bring your questions too.
Step 4
No matter how things turn out, we’ll share our honest feedback to help everyone improve. We’re also eager to hear your thoughts, so we’ll ask you a few questions about how the process felt for you. Your input is important to us, and it helps us keep getting better.
Step 5
After we’ve gone through everything, we’ll make a decision. Whether it’s a thumbs up or down, we’ll let you know. If it’s a yes, welcome to the team! If not, we’ll share some tips to help you next time.
