General Laborer
General Laborers are essential to keeping construction projects on track. They assist with site preparation, material handling, and physical tasks that help the work proceed smoothly. Behind every completed project, a General Laborer has contributed to the hard work that makes everything come together. From lifting materials to clearing debris, they ensure the site remains functional and ready for the next step, making them the foundation of every job site.

General Laborer

Site Preparation & Cleanup (40%)
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, ensuring all materials and tools are available.
Clear debris, set up scaffolding, and assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment to prevent accidents.
Assisting Skilled Workers (30%)
Provide support to skilled workers, such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters, by carrying tools and materials.
Follow instructions and help set up equipment for specific tasks, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Safety & Compliance (20%)
Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
Report any safety hazards to supervisors and ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols.
Participate in daily safety meetings and use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Site Maintenance (10%)
Maintain and organize the site to ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored.
Assist in general site upkeep by ensuring materials are safely stored and the site is organized and prepared for work.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy materials, carry equipment.

Safety:
Must follow site safety regulations and use safety equipment to ensure personal safety and team safety.

Physical Stamina: Able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Safety Awareness: Follows safety protocols and reports hazards to supervisors.
Attention to Detail: Follows instructions carefully to assist in tasks such as site prep and cleanup.
Teamwork: Works collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to meet project goals.
Adaptability: Flexible in taking on various tasks as directed by supervisors.
