As Vice President of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Cameron Swanson leads Ontivity’s safety initiatives with an unwavering commitment to protecting every employee, every day. A second-generation telecommunications leader with nearly 20 years of experience, Cameron has worked at every level of the industry—from installing coax and color-coding jumpers to developing and rolling out an Incident Response Action Plan for more than 1,000 field employees.
His extensive field experience gives him a unique, real-world perspective on balancing safety with operational efficiency. Cameron understands that a strong safety culture isn’t just about compliance—it’s about creating a mindset where safety is the foundation of every decision, every task, and every project. Under his leadership, Ontivity continuously evolves its safety programs, training, and protocols to ensure that every employee returns home safely at the end of the day.
