Installation Technician
Installation Technicians are at the heart of making complex systems come to life. They take the designs and engineering plans and turn them into functional, powered entities. This role is all about ensuring that every system is installed correctly, operating efficiently, and meeting the highest safety standards. Installation Technicians are problem-solvers who troubleshoot and adjust as needed, making sure that everything fits together seamlessly. Installation Technician

Installation Quality and Accuracy (30%)
Install electrical systems and components according to project plans and local codes.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in installations.
Perform quality checks on completed installations to ensure compliance with company standards.
Safety Compliance (25%)
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during the installation process.
Perform risk assessments and implement proper safeguards to ensure a safe working environment.
Participate in regular safety training and audits to minimize accidents.
Customer Interaction (20%)
Maintain positive rapport with customers by addressing their concerns, providing clear installation instructions, and explaining work done.
Provide post-installation guidance to clients, ensuring they understand how to operate their systems.
Documentation and Reporting (15%)
Maintain accurate and timely installation records, including project details and any changes made to initial plans.
Complete necessary documentation for billing and quality control purposes.
Team Collaboration and Efficiency (10%)
Work collaboratively with other technicians, project managers, and external vendors.
Ensure that installations are completed on time and with minimal disruption to client operations.

Travel Requirements:
Required travel for up to 3 weeks at a time, with hotel and per diem provided.
Must be able to travel to different job sites.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, and climbing ladders.
Work Conditions:
Work is conducted outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must pass pre-employment screening, including drug tests and background checks.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors for efficient job completion.
Safety:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
